Individualized Instruction
SUNRISE AVIATION utilizes one on one instruction. Classroom instruction is done
in small groups or one on one. Sunrise is ready to adapt to any of your
instructional needs.

Sunrise has been in operation continuously for over 26 years. Stability means
that sunrise will continue to be in operation for many more years and able to
provide your future flight training services.
EFFICIENCY
SUNRISE AVIATION maintains enough aircraft and hires enough instructors to
ensure that you can complete your flight training program on time. Sunrise has
the largest fleet of C152s in Florida, Sunrise fuels and maintains the aircrafts
on its own. The low instructor to student ratio ensures that you fly every day.

LOCATION
SUNRISE AVIATION is located in Ormond Beach, Florida just 7nm north of Daytona
Beach and on the Atlantic Ocean. It offers the ocean, beach, pleasant weather
year-round in addition to an excellent airport for flight training.
A city that still has “small town charm”, Ormond Beach has about 40,000
residents. Located in Volusia County, Florida, the same county as Daytona Beach,
Ormond Beach was originally home to the Timucuan Indians. In the 1880s, the
rail-road arrived to Florida bringing wealthy northerners to the beaches of the
Atlantic Ocean that were warm even in the winter. Seems like many never left!.
Housing
SUNRISE provides shared apartment style living for the duration of their stay.
You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The rooms or apartments
are furnished with an oven/stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Furniture
is provided as well as cable television. A washer and dryer are also located in
the facilities. High speed internet is also available. Students have a choice of
accommodation and the cost will vary.
Housing is quoted as single bed in double occupancy bedroom in a house in Ormond
Beach, Florida near the airport. Packages that include Sunrise housing also
include the cost of shuttle bus to and from the airport.
Aircraft
SUNRISE is equipped with modern avionics. They have aircraft that fit all needs,
from basic training aircraft to advanced multi-engine turbo prop equipment far
exceeding the FAA standards.
